Wezesha Malawi – supporting families with orphans and children with albinism in the rural areas of Mwanza, Neno, Chikwawa and Nsanje Districts, in the southern region of Malawi
Wezesha is a Swahili word which means “enable”. Our Wezesha Project marks the expansion of our sustainable livelihoods projects into Malawi. We will work in the communities with the highest numbers of families living in extreme poverty, particularly supporting families with large numbers of dependents, for instance those caring for orphans, albino children, disabled children, those living with long-term health issues such as HIV, as well as single parent households.
